Gregory S. Kuhr

Greg Kuhr is one of the nation’s foremost experts in leading and improving Army installations and logistics.  He most recently served as the Director for Facilities and Logistics (G4) at the US Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM), a Senior Executive Service (SES) post he held for over 10 years.  In this role he was responsible for the management of public works and logistics operations at ninety-five (95) Army installations including installation facility investments, environmental compliance, housing operations, utility and municipal services, and logistics support.

Previously Mr. Kuhr served as Chief of Staff at the Pacific Region, IMCOM, where he led public works, morale, welfare and recreation, emergency services, resource management and logistics senior staff in directing the operations of Army installations in Japan, Alaska, and Hawaii. 

Greg is a 1977 graduate of the United States Military Academy.  His 26-year active-duty career was highlighted by command of the Far East District, US Army Corps of Engineers District, and culminated as the Director of Public Works, Fort Benning, Georgia.
