Lloyd Caldwell

Lloyd Caldwell has over 40 years of experience managing and executing some of the nation’s most challenging infrastructure programs.  His federal career culminated as the National Director of Military Programs for the US Army Corps of Engineers.  In this role he was responsible for the policy and technical functions of the Corps' worldwide program for engineering, construction, real estate, and environmental activities in support of the Army, Air Force, Department of Defense, other Federal Agencies, and foreign nations. The program that Lloyd oversaw was valued at over $35B and was executed in close concert with industry partners, world-wide.
